Fair Employment

We ensure fair pay, benefits, voluntary employment, and zero discrimination. All employment decisions are based on skills, ethics, and aligned intentions.

Supply Chain Integrity

We do not engage in manufacturing or exploitative third-party content sourcing. Our partners must prohibit prison labor, child labor, or deceptive contracts and agree to periodic human rights audits.

AI Ethics Clause

We do not train AI models using non-consensual biometric or emotional data. Our CLARITY module ensures transparent data provenance and model accountability.
