8. Children’s Privacy
This service is not intended for users under 13 (or 16 in applicable regions).
If we become aware of any data collected from a child, we will promptly delete it.

We use AI to assist with journaling, tagging, memory linking, and summaries. These tools are private and under your control. We do not use AI for advertising or profiling. You may opt out of non-essential AI tools in your settings. No legally binding or high-impact decisions are made using AI without human oversight.
