Reporting Obligations

All personnel must report any legal, ethical, or policy violations — including misuse of user data, model training abuses, emotional manipulation, fraud, or discrimination — via email at [email protected].

Protection & Confidentiality

Reports can be anonymous where legally allowed. Retaliation against good-faith reports is prohibited and punishable. All submissions are reviewed by the Data Ethics & Integrity Office (DEIO).

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy restricts your right to report misconduct to regulatory authorities, or to seek legal protection under relevant whistleblower laws.
